UN Child Rights Act Influences Idaho

Faith-healing is a topic that seems to come up regularly in Idaho. Why? A political group claims hundreds of children die because parents choose to birth at home without a doctor or refuse life-saving treatment due to injury or illness. State statistics clearly reveal this campaign is simply fake news! Yet, the topic is brought up year-after-year in the legislature and the conversation has reached the ears of international news networks. What is the connection to vaccine advocates Senator Pan and Paul Offit and faith-healing in Idaho?

Is this really about saving children or removing parental authority in the name of a child's rights?

In 2018, another group of international filmmakers is documenting Idaho’s faith-healing debate. The question is why in the world is a French Reporter in Boise, Idaho Digging Around For Information on Faith Healers? This is the question that I asked Senior Reporter Kristian Autain while on the phone with him.  Mr. Autain is a French TV reporter based in Paris, France working for the weekly prime time Program «Envoyé Spécial», similar to America’s CBS 60 Minutes but aired on the first TV French network France 2. He is preparing a 30-minute documentary on the faith healing issue in Idaho.

When I asked him why the French people would be interested in this story he answered that the French are curious people. He went on to explain that belief in a ‘higher power’ and ‘faith’ is largely gone in France and he would like to shine some light on what faith looks like in America. Attempting to understand his story angle, I asked him if he himself has faith. To this he responded that he does not.

It was time to do a little digging myself and I am appalled by what I discovered. I will do my best to connect the dots on this trail of corruption in France that leads to loss of parental rights and forced medical experimentation upon our children.

France is one of 194 United Nation member states that have ratified the 1989 treaty UN's Convention on the Rights of the Child.

Rights of the Child sounds wonderful, right?

Let’s look a little closer…

According to the website  there are several mechanisms in place to monitor the implementation of the 1989 Convention on the Rights of the Child.

  • Children under six receive free and mandatory preventive health services in a widespread network of thousands of health-care facilities. After the age of six, children’s health is monitored by school health services. Mandatory physical and psychological checkups take place when the children are ages six, nine, twelve, and fifteen. When they are of sufficient maturity, children must be informed of their medical treatment and participate in the decision-making process.
  • School is mandatory for children ages six to sixteen. Although not compulsory, pre-school for children under six is widely available and strongly encouraged. Children with special education needs are educated in mainstream classes alongside their peers wherever possible, to legibly better incorporate them into society.

We can see clearly that the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child means zero parental rights and complete ownership of children by the government.

With these services being mandatory, are drugs and medical interventions also mandatory? Absolutely, as evidenced by their mandatory vaccination laws. France is on board with superseding parental rights so their children can be raised with UN-promoted medical protocols and forced to attend government-approved schools. With only three countries in the world who have NOT ratified this treaty (Somalia, Sudan and the United States), it appears Idaho is now in the spotlight of religious freedom issues that escaped the long arm of UN Convention on the Rights of the Child.

Its not just in Canada and overseas. The campaign for children's rights is being pushed here in the U.S. with the testing ground being California.

Note the wording of a bill that was introduced in California under the guise of Child Rights.

“The Legislature finds and declares that all children and youth, regardless of gender, class, race, ethnicity, national origin, culture, religion, immigration status, sexual orientation, or ability, have inherent rights that entitle them to protection, special care, and assistance, including, but not limited to, the following: The right to parents, guardians, or caregivers who act in their best interest. The right to form healthy attachments with adults responsible for their care and well-being. The right to live in a safe and healthy environment. The right to social and emotional well-being. The right to opportunities to attain optimal cognitive, physical, and social development. The right to appropriate, quality education and life skills leading to self-sufficiency in adulthood. The right to appropriate, quality health care.”

As if all these outcomes could be delivered to children on a silver platter. And the State would make it so.

This bill is basically setting up the population of California for state regulatory agencies to fill in the blanks later, to make specific controls out of the vague generalities in the bill. Get it? "Medical care, nutrition, parenting and education are what we say they are. We define and enforce; parents obey."

Keep in mind this wasn't an overnight process. This measure was being built for YEARS! In fact, many of the county offices signed off to support legislation three to five years PRIOR to its introduction in the State Legislature. Jon Rappoport shares a list of organizations supporting the removal of parental authority.

It gets even closer to home! The mission of these organizations aren't stopping in California. Right here in Idaho they are laying similar groundwork to undermine parental rights.

Could UN influences be targeting Idaho? Absolutely.

Protect Idaho Kids (PIK) has been working with C.H.I.L.D. and supported the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child. PIK director Bruce Wingate has been working with Children's Health Care is a Legal Duty (CHILD). The name of the group has changed to CHILD USA and its mission has expanded.

“CHILD USA is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit think tank that conducts evidence-based legal, medical, and social science research to identify laws and policies affecting child protection. With these facts, CHILD USA shines a light on the better pathways to truly protect kids from abuse and prevent neglect.” https://www.childusa.org/about-us/

Idaho and CHILD USA are so closely connected that in a pop-up notification on the CHILD website it  refers to idahochildren.org  as a second website for CHILD USA. P.J. Lisa's 1986 book, The Medical Monopoly Wars, lists CHILD as one of the organizations actively working to destroy alternative medicine in America.

Political Pursuits to Remove Parental Authority

CHILD was involved in awarding California's infamous Richard Pan for the passage of SB277 – the bill that removed philosophical and religious exemptions for vaccination of children attending school! They were also involved in the proposed bill SB 18 would erode parental rights for families in California

In an article on the Age of Autism website the author writes:

“When I watched the AAP video of Pan receiving his Legislator of the Year Award, I thought it odd that the plaque presented by Offit came not from the AAP, but from an organization called Children's Healthcare is a Legal Duty (CHILD).”

I watched the video myself and agreed that it was quite odd. Why would this be when CHILD is supposed to be an organization with the goal “to protect children from harmful religious and cultural practices especially faith-based medical neglect.”

I agree with the author that CHILD is by all appearances a front group endorsing AAP, Pharma and governmental financial interests and agendas.

CHILD Co-founder Rita Swan was given a lifetime achievement award from the Freedom FROM Religion Foundation.

Paul Offit, among other vaccine and medical industry insiders whose income depends on the legislation that CHILD works to legally mandate, is a member of CHILD's Board of Directors and actively participated in the campaign set up by Protect Idaho Kids.
Offit Campaign Concerns Health Freedom Advocates

It is ironic that he (a non Idaho resident) has joined a Protect Idaho Kids campaign entitled "Let Them Live"3 which targets the current Faith Healing Exemption law in our state. Many citizens fear the removal of this exemption to be a slippery slope to the inevitable and insidiously motivated, the end goal to further the removal of other parental rights concerning the medical treatment of our children.

In this video, he states that parents that choose not vaccinate their children in accordance with the entire CDC recommended vaccine schedule (which includes HIS vaccine among others) should be forced to relinquish their children to the State.

Clearly Efforts Against Faith Healing are about Removing Parental Authority

This underscores what some Health Freedom Idaho members have thought for a LONG time: This effort against the Followers who avoid use of allopathic medicine most certainly includes an intention of getting laws in place to FORCE vaccination and other toxic medical procedures on our youngest and most vulnerable. This has been frustrating since some of these opponents of the Followers have tried to convince Idahoans that their campaign had NOTHING to do with forcing vaccinations. Health Freedom Idaho saw through this facade when we heard the testimony of ADA County Prosecuting Attorney Jean Fisher at the interim committee meeting called for by then Governor Butch Otter.

Did you hear her spell it out?

Fisher let us know that if you choose vitamins over chemo for your child’s treatment plan then it is the perfect time for child protection services to intervene. They will kidnap your child, put him/her into foster care, force medical treatments that you did not choose for your child aka MEDICAL TYRANNY.

Sound outlandish? This has already happened in both the US and UK.

The testimony of prosecuting Attorney Jean Fisher along with PIK working so closely with Paul Offit and CHILD (USA) lead us to the realization this is not just about the Followers or faith healing. There are freedoms at stake for you and me. If we don’t draw a line in the sand then CPS may be knocking on your door or mine in the near future. With so many avenues for treatment and healing today, do you agree that CPS should be taking children any time a parent chooses treatment outside of the state-endorsed medical model?

If you would like to contact Ms Fisher to explain that what she suggested in this testimony is a violation of civil, parental, and natural rights you, will find her contact information here

Idaho citizens are liberty minded individuals who realize that our state is great because of our willingness to protect the freedoms of others even if their opinions differ than our. Our legislators are intelligent and hard working and won't be duped by false news and media manipulation.
